T&T Construction is a concrete, masonry and tilt wall construction company. T&T specializes in school, retail and industrial construction, with several recent Orange County (Orlando), FL public school projects. The company recently moved into the military construction market, and in 2009 was awarded a large contract for a project at Camp Lejeune, NC.
In 2009 T&T was ranked 31st on the Southeast Construction list of Top Florida Specialty Contractors, with $46 million in annual revenue. According to a communication from Linda Thomas to CraneWatchdog, she is the 100% owner of T&T. The company is registered with the State of Florida’s Department of Management Services purchasing database as a woman-owned business. William Thomas was originally the President of the company, but was replaced by Linda in 1999. According to Dun & Bradstreet, T&T has 350 employees.
Related Companies
The officers and directors of a related, now-defunct company, T&T Construction of West Florida, included William Jr., William III and Jason Thomas.
Jason Thomas is the listed officer of the following two companies, which share an address with T&T Construction of Central Florida:
- K-59 World Missions, a non-profit whose purpose is “to provide a base camp for Christian missionaries in Central America” according to corporate filings;
- Orlando South Park II LLC, which owns a condo (business suite) in Orlando.
Also sharing an address with T&T is Good Hope Properties LLC. None of the Thomas family are listed as officers; the only name on incorporation papers is John R. Brinson as Trustee. Brinson is an attorney who is listed on other Thomas family business records. Good Hope Properties owns a condo in Ponce Inlet, FL.

Litigation
Although not named as a defendant in the case, T&T plays a prominent role in the Drawdy Brothers v. Fulford case in our Drawdy Brothers profile. Fulford was sued for misappropriating trade secrets, among other allegations, after taking a position with T&T subsequent to his employment with Drawdy. Included in the case filings are several documents with information on T&T, including an Affidavit by Jason Thomas and depositions by Phil Drawdy and the defendant (who incorrectly calls Jason Thomas the owner of T&T).
