In a series of orders on October 28, 2010, the Judge in General Crane’s bankruptcy granted permission for General to hand over equipment to certain creditors. Linden-Comansa’s omnibus objection to any attempt to surrender equipment was considered by the judge but ultimately overruled.

The automatic stay shall be lifted for the following equipment:
