Alimak Hek, Inc. et al v.
Republic Tower & Hoist, LLC

Clark County, Nevada Court

The plaintiff (Alimak) alleges that in October 2007 it entered into a sales agreement with the defendant (Republic Tower) whereby the defendant purchased six (6) construction hoists valued at $4,067,910. On December 5, 2008 the plaintiff informed via letter the defendant that it was in default and owed $2,688,694.89. At the date of the complaint filing, the defendant had failed to either “cure the default or surrender the Construction Hoists” to the plaintiff. Republic Tower & Hoist denied allegations.
