Summary of Complaint: Cause of action stems from an accident that occurred at a construction site in Boca Raton, Florida. Angel Baca, a carpenter employed by Form Works, Inc., was injured by a concrete form that was allegedly flipped accidentally by a crane operator employed by General Crane. Baca accuses the crane operator (Robert Wright) and General Crane of “failing to keep a proper lookout as he operated the crane, and failing to properly operate or control the operation of the crane.” Baca seeks compensatory damages. General Crane denied allegations. The case was dismissed in June 2009 when plaintiff failed to appear at a hearing.
