Summary of Complaint: The plaintiff, Danny Begley, filed suit against the defendant, Gulfstream Crane, LLC, under the Fair Labor Standards Act, claiming that the defendant failed to pay him federally mandated overtime compensation. Upon terminating employment at Gulfstream Crane in June 2007 Mr. Begley allegedly demanded proper compensation but the defendant “has refused and/or failed to compensate him.” According to a “Statement of Claim” later filed by the Plaintiff, Mr. Begley claimed $1,576.13 in unliquidated damages and $3,152.26 in liquidated damages.
