The plaintiff (Borses) was involved in an auto accident in August of 2005 with a Terex crane owned and operated by Royal Crane working in a residential community. The plaintiff alleges that the crane operator (Scott King) failed to provide adequate safety precautions, such as flags and cones. The plaintiff struck the crane and suffered permanent medical damages; Borses sought compensatory damages. Royal Crane denied allegations. The case was settled in March 2007.
