Summary of Complaint: The plaintiff (Boltimore) alleged that Gulfstream Crane, LLC, along with several other crane rental companies, was jointly contracted to provide construction services to the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Ft. Lauderdale. In June 2006, plaintiff alleged that General Crane negligently stacked scaffolding supports vertically with little, if any, straps or other devices to prevent the scaffolding from collapsing on workers at the site. The plaintiff allegedly was struck by a falling scaffolding support causing his death. Gulfstream Crane denies allegations.
