Summary of Complaint: The plaintiff (Houston Freightliner) alleges to have provided business services related to truck equipment and maintenance at the behest of the defendant (Gulfstream Crane).  For said services the defendant incurred fees in the amount of $15,228.58.  According to the plaintiff the defendant refused to pay the account and the full sum plus interest remained outstanding at the time of the complaint filing. Gulfstream Crane denied allegations. The case was settled in February 2009.
