Summary of Complaint: The plaintiff (Thomas) was involved in an auto accident in January of 2006 with a crane owned by Hunter Crane and operated by an employee of Hunter Crane. Thomas alleged that plaintiff “negligently or carelessly operated” said crane, the crane to collide with her vehicle and causing serious bodily injury. General Crane denied allegations. A settlement was reached in February 2008.
