Summary of Complaint: Cause of action arises from an accident in February 2005 where a pedestrian, Rolando Alvarez, was struck and killed by a tractor trailer truck owned by the defendant (Hunter Crane) and driven by another defendant (Peter Coffey) with the consent of Hunter Crane. The plaintiffs Rolando Alvarez, Ana Gloria Alvarez, and Maria Del Carmen Alvarez (all surviving children of the deceased Rolando Alvarez) seek financial compensation. Hunter Crane denied allegations. The case was dismissed in September 2008 for lack of prosecution.
