Summary of Complaint: SL Financial Services Corp. is suing Gulfstream Crane for allegedly defaulting on 14 separate loans currently valued at over $25 million and is requesting that the judge grant the right to repossess the equipment used as collateral. Bank Midwest, N.A. is a co-defendant because it “may claim an interest in the Equipment by virtue of two UCC financing statements.” SL Financial is arguing that Bank Midwest’s interests are subordinate to their own.
