Summary of Complaint: Cause of action arose out of an incident in May 2007 when the plaintiff (Padilla) was working at the same job site at the defendant (General Crane). The defendant’s operator allegedly hoisted construction materials from the ground that struck the plaintiff causing severe injuries. The plaintiff claimed that the crane operator’s visibility of the area was obstructed and required assistance from a co-worker on the ground. General Crane denies allegations.
